"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Psychotherapy for Individuals, Couples & Families

It takes a great deal of courage to take a step and choose a therapist. I believe that the most important part of my work is to help you feel supported, understood and accepted.  I strive to provide you with meaningful feedback so you can harness your own strengths, and decide how to best achieve your therapeutic goals. I am a certified Emotionally Focused Therapist - EFT, specializing in individual, couple and family therapy.

Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy helps couples regain closeness and emotional intimacy. This is possible even after the most challenging relationship issues, such as: long term conflict, lack of physical intimacy, infidelity, illness, trauma or loss.  For over two decades 90 % of couples completing EFT significantly improve their relationship, and 70-75% experience relationship recovery.  You can prevent disagreements from spiraling out of control, improve communication, heal hurts and create security and trust.

Emotionally Focused Family Therapy is a highly effective form of therapy that works to change the negative patterns of interaction among family members and get to the distress beneath the anger. EFFT works with each family member so that problems can be addressed and solutions explored.
