"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Accelerated Experiential Psychotherapy, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, NLP

"Something we were withholding made us weak until we found out it was ourselves" (Robert Frost)

Do you know your heart's longings, resonnate with your soul and live an authentic, rewarding life? Are you successful, enjoying passionate relationships and fulfilling your unique potential?

If not, I invite you to allow me the privilege of helping you transform emotional pain and break free from destructive habits that block your joy, vitality and spontaneous self expression. Learn to become your own best friend!

Together we'll work hard, succeed in making personal life changes and celebrate with laughter. Clients often report a feeling of hope and momentum, even after our first session!

My working model is Dynamic, Experiential, Emotion and Attachment focused. I employ precise, down-to-earth techniques integrating body, brain, soul, heart and human connection. These innovative techniques draw upon Attachment-Based Psychodynamic Theory, Neuroscience and Biophysiology and have been shown to produce swift and lasting results.

I work with clients from all walks of life; they tend to suffer from depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, explosive anger, loneliness, distorted body image, trauma, life changes and unfulfilling relationships, just to name a few.

Having lived in Europe, I am familiar with and sensitive to cross-cultural issues and speak German, Spanish and French.

Finding the best therapist match is important, so please shop around.  Also, feel free to talk with me by phone as the next step in our getting further aquainted.  I welcome contact from even the most hesitant initial inquirer!
