"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Psychotherapist, Licensed Independent Social Worker and Supervisor

I believe that people of all kinds can get stuck in confusing and painful situations or patterns. In my practice, psychotherapy offers a respectful, safe oasis in which to set realistic goals for growth and change, and healing, with the understanding that each of us is the authority on our own lives.

This includes therapy with individuals, couples and families who may be in acute or chronic psychological pain or are trying to cope with challenging changes or transitions. It also includes those who simply wish to improve their relationships.

I  provide therapy supervision and consultation as well.
