"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Are you or your family struggling? Is there worry about safety, substance abuse, addiction or communication? It is important to define your specific needs and address those needs directly. We will work together to create an understanding of the difficulties being faced. We will address the individual as well as the family as a whole. We work together to address and implement important changes aimed at getting your lives back on track. Working together in a safe and collaborative environment, we will develope better awareness, understanding, communication and an improved capacity to enrich your life and the lives of others.

I have speciality training addressing motivation, interpersonal difficulties, and behavioral problems, I frequently work with individuals and families to initiate changes related to addiction, family functioning and recovery. We work together to recognize and change problematic ways of thinking and behaving, ultimately developing specific and effective strategies for recovery and success.

With speciality training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy and Mentalization based therapies, I help families and individuals increase understanding of themselves, of others and how they relate. I have extensive clinical experience and training to help address difficulties related to substance abuse, addiction, communication and the process of change.
