"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Dana Lynn Zager, MA, ATR-BC, MSW, LISW, OSW-C

Last Updated: 11/02/2011

Dana L. Zager MA-ATR BC, MSW, LISW, OSW-C

PRACTICAL AND PERSONALIZED THERAPY FOR ADULTS, ADOLESCENTS, CHILDREN AND FAMILIES NAVIGATING THE EMOTIONAL ASPECTS OF LIFE'S CHALLENGES, INCLUDING LIFE-ALTERING ILLNESSES.

Many of Dana Zager's patients come to her struggling with uncomfortable or painful feelings...having trouble dealing with or resolving a problem that just won't go away...finding that they keep repeating the same self-defeating patterns, but can't seem to break the cycle. Sessions focus on emotional needs and awareness, identification of issues and concerns, and development of skills and tools.

OTHER SPECIALITIES:

ART THERAPY: Children or adults who are struggling with self esteem, a traumatic experience, or are highly sensitive, anxious, or depressed are good candidates for art therapy. Dana uses art therapy to facilitate the symbolic processes that enables an individual to fully express and explore whatever stresses they are currently encountering.

LIFE ALTERING ILLNESSES: It's common to feel confused, frightened and overwhelmed when you or someone you love receives a serious diagnosis. Dana helps people to integrate life-altering or chronic illnesses into their lives, to minimize emotional suffering, and to find meaning and support through these often isolating experiences.
