"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Child, Adolescent, Individual, and Couples Psychotherapist

I am a seasoned experienced therapist with a general psychotherapy practice. I see folks of all ages with many typical life problems. I help individuals cope with life transitions, understand themselves and their relationships better and achieve their personal goals. I have helped many families before, during, and after divorce, consulted with parents about their concerns regarding their children, helped troubled teens and their parents, worked with many young adults having difficulty with their college transition, counseled adults struggling with depression and anxiety, and worked with many couples to learn to communicate effectively, resolve their conflicts, and find true intimacy. I listen to what my clients want and adapt my approach to best meet their needs whether it be a short-term consultation, a 4-month couples therapy, or intensive long-term depth psychotherapy.
