	I work as an interactive, psychodynamically oriented therapist helping my clients examine their personal histories and uncover unconscious barriers to achieveing goals, feeling more authentic, happier. Through a humanistic, supportive and solution-oriented approach, I work with clients to uncover the stories that they have told themselves or have been told to them about who they are that keep them stuck. We work together identifying goals and creating new frameworks and ways of moving forward. I work with both male and female individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, and who are expereincing problems in their relationships. I work with new mothers as well as with family caregivers-individuals coping with the pressures of caring for aging loved ones. Additionally, I have expertise with adult children of the mentally ill and adult children of Narcissists.
