"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

I have been a psychiatrist for over 30 years and worked in a variety of settings and treated clients of all ages, races, income levels, religions, and diagnoses.  Over time, I've learned a great number of both medical and therapeutic approaches, which allows me to pick the approach(es) that are best suited to your specific needs.

Another thing I've learned is a great respect for each person who comes for help.  For this reason, my current practice allows me the luxury of time.  My intake is 90 minutes, which gives me the time I need to take a history, listen to concerns, ask questions, and formulate diagnoses and treatment options.  My follow-up appointments are at least 30 minutes.

Since my current setting is a solo practice, there are certain problems that I cannot treat here.  This office is not set up for children under 12 years old.  Substance abuse issues are better addressed in a setting designed for that purpose.  And I don't see forensic cases or sex offenders at this office.

If you call my office for an appointment, please ask for Andrea to call you back.  Hope to see you soon.
