"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Pinal (Inna) Patel, LCSW, CTC

Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist

I am a licensed clinical social worker who offers individual, family and group psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults.

My treatment approach is holistic and eclectic drawing from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, biofeedback and mindfulness-based theories to understand problems and bring about growth and change.

I believe every individual is unique and treatment is tailored to the individual’s needs. As a psychotherapist, I value client self-determination and I feel it is important to empower clients to be active participants in their own treatment process. Sessions focus on building on individual’s strength and capacity for change while addressing the stressor.

Areas of Speciality includes Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem, Life-Transitions, Stress, Phobias/Fears, Grief/Trauma/Loss, ADHD/Learning Problems, Social Skills, Eating Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Medical Illnesses, Parent Support, Relationship Issues, Adoption, Infertility, Pregnancy Loss.

I can understand that it can be difficult to seek out help. I work hard to be a empathetic therapist and my goal is to provide clients with a supportive and non-judgmental place which allows them to feel safe expressing feelings, overcome barriers and begin healing.

I am a bicultural, bilingual individual who offers services in English, Gujarati and Hindi.
