$  75 $  50 $125 Therapists (not NASW members)
$  30 $  50 $  80 NASW members only
$100 $  50 $150 Organizations, Group Practices

The fee may be waived for some providers.
If you have a Basic Listing and want to upgrade to Premium, the cost is $50/year.
