The fee may be waived for some providers, such as GAH members and QCSWs.
If you have a Basic Listing and want to upgrade to Premium, the cost is $50/year.

At any time you can go to your personal account page to find out how many times your listing has come up in the search results page. Even more important, we tell you how many times a user clicks on your listing to see all your detailed information.
