Personal:
In addition to my work as a therapist, I am a poet and musician. Working with people in the arts is, of course, a natural form of connection for me, but, in addition, this orientation to sound and words informs the way I listen. I am also a Quaker.

Professional Philosophy:
You are the person who knows more about you than anyone else. It is my intent to discover who you are, and, in doing so, to help you discover more of who you are and want to become. Like the proverbial snowflake, each person is both unique and the same as every other person (in that each person is human). What makes you who you are, what makes you happy, what makes you unhappy, frightened, distressed, confident, confused....All that is of interest, and worthy of respect and attention.
