Here is how to renew and waive the Basic fee: Step 1: Login to your listing, click on the "pay status" link next to your name, and then click on the RENEWAL button. Step 2: Type the word "returning" into the promotion code box on the payment page. Then click on the APPLY button to waive your fee for one year. Click on the CONFIRM button and you are done.

Why this offer?
