For 20 years I have been working with children, teens, adults & families, providing therapy and parenting consultation/support. Whether you or your loved one are struggling with sadness, anxiety, grief & loss, or stress management, I would like to help you work toward and find solutions.
I specialize in counseling young women who are dealing with the challenges and pressures of making decisions about schooling, relationships and careers.  I also have a special interest in helping spouses and their families cope with a loved one's diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or other dementias.
