In our couples' or individual therapy we will always find and evolve your unique sense of self, clarify your relationship wishes, needs and priorities, then encourage your focus and effort to reach these happier new roads.

The distressing and common symptoms of anxiety, restless sleep, worry, uncertainty, depression, self-doubt, we would gently open in order to release stored emotional pain.

Then, with your refreshed emotional eyes and inner spaciousness, we will talk about how to dissolve inner obstacles to you relating in a more enriched way and with confidence!

Sessions are 90 minutes so we have adequate time to reach the depth and complexity needed for you to have useful application from our discussion.

You'll save money!  Because of the extended per session length, we usually meet every other week!

Life always invites change.

How we accept, utilize and integrate shock, surprise, sadness, letdown, frustration, into strength, optimism and happiness, is in our own hands!
