Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Gender: Female

Languages Spoken:
English

My work with families, couples and individuals empower my clients to make changes in their lives while honoring their values and culture. My therapeutic approach is informed by both theory and experience. I possess an ability to see people's strengths while guiding the therapeutic process toward healing and growth.

I have over 30 years experience helping people achieve their goals. As a therapist, I have been working with families and individuals to address issues such as mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, divorce, school advocacy, couples counseling and parenting. I have substantial post graduate training and experience in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, TripleP, Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I also specialize in helping individuals and families deal with diseases like cancer and lupus. When a family member receives such a diagnosis, there is emotional pain along with the physical pain. The whole family is effective emotionally and physically and possibly financial. I can help you and your family effectively cope.
