Credentials and Certifications:

I work with a variety of adult clients, both individually and in couples counseling. Many of my clients are dealing with varying levels of anxiety, depression and/or relationship struggles.   Often clients have struggled with these concerns for a long time but resisted admitting that anything was wrong or seeking help.

Therapy is a very individualized process. How we approach your concerns will be guided by your specific circumstances, concerns and personality style. You are the expert on your life and how you feel.  Everyone's story is different.  Psychotherapy can be a profoundly rewarding experience. While clients often approach therapy with very specific goals, the knowledge and skills learned often provide even more generalized benefits.
