NOTE: Not currently accepting new clients. I will update this information as this changes.

I enjoy working with individual adults of all ages.  As we are all unique, and there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach to therapy, my orientation is eclectic and flexible.  I am skilled in a number of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, mind-body, solution-focused, EMDR, IFS, and EFT (Tapping).  Together we will develop a treatment plan which prioritizes your needs and goals.

Specialties include: adjustment to life transitions, depression, mood disorders, anxiety, panic disorder, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, ACOA issues, PTSD and recovery from trauma and childhood abuse.

Clients describe me as warm, skillful, respectful, and authentic.  I deeply believe that each of us, no matter where we started or what barriers have arisen along the way, deserves to live a life of fulfillment, purpose and joy.   A warm and respectful therapeutic relationship promotes growth, healing, and well-being.
