I provide supportive, solution-focused counseling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples. In counseling with me, you can explore concerns including anxiety, stress, balancing work and home life, relationship issues, parent/child issues, career decisions, work fulfillment,  grief & loss, feelings of isolation and loneliness, sexual relationships, dating, relationship status and improving communication. Together we will work on resolving these issues and on feeling better about yourself and your life.

We can also work on increasing your feelings of competence with time management, technology, organization, family life, work stress, goal setting and conflict resolution.

I work with people from a wide variety of cultural, ethnic, religious, and spiritual backgrounds. Some of my specialties include working with people in the arts and entertainment fields, business executives, mental health professionals and people involved in politics and education.
