I am a doctoral-level clinical social work psychotherapist.  In addition to my Manhattan practice, I also practice in the Riverdale section of the Bronx.  Since 1986, presently as an adjunct associate professor, I have been teaching in the MSW program at the NYU Silver School of Social Work.  The effort I make in my work is to provide a safe, comfortable environment in which we can work together to explore, understand, and deal with your concerns, struggles, and worries.  Psychotherapy offers an opportunity to deal with what has been painful, difficult, and confusing in our lives.  Working together, we can hopefully clarify the concerns and issues you are dealing with, as well as confront what you want or need to change about yourself and your life.
