Psychotherapy provides relief.  I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 20 years experience performing psychotherapy and life coaching.  I understand that all individuals face challenges and struggles at different points in life.  My goal is to assist you in identifying and achieving changes in feelings, thoughts, and/or behaviors that will lead you toward a greater sense of happiness and meaning in your life.

In addition to having a general, adult practice, I have expertise in Health Psychology.  I work with many people (both individuals and their family members/friends) who suffer with acute and/or chronic medical conditions.  I am knowledgeable in medical illnesses and frequently collaborate with medical providers to optimize your care and maximize your successes.

I look forward to hearing from you.
