I am here to help you find some moments of balance during this chaotic, stressful time.

Individuals and families are experiencing a change in routines, lockdowns, grief, and fear of becoming ill or that someone close to you will contract the virus. Increasing sensations of hopelessness are pushing each of us to dig deep into our emotional resources.

I am here to coach you and your family to experience moments of normalization and improve your ability to focus, stabilize your mood, and find relief from anxiety.

Together we will use a tapestry of techniques to increase your ability each day to move past the situational stress and help you get unstuck.

I will listen and guide you through different relaxation, psychotherapy and spiritual practices. Check out: www.inner-act.com/tools for change/

Neurofeedback may be done in your own home. To learn more about home training, please visit: www.inner-act.com/train-at-home/
