If you are ready to make change, I am here to assist you. With over 30 years providing counseling to individuals, couples and families, I specialize in trauma recovery (recent and past), loss and grief, anxiety, depression, and assist those going through major life transition. Women ready to change their relationship with alcohol, and those who love them, are welcome to my practice.

Trauma recovery and bereavement are a major focus of treatment in my practice. Creating a safe, supportive environment to process issues, a variety of treatment techniques are utilized to reduce symptoms, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems, Jungian therapy, and Hellinger Constellation work. Deeper therapies can shorten treatment time, creating lasting change. Is it time for you to create new stories about your life?

Susan Waterman, LCSW, is an Independent Practitioner providing counseling and evaluation services to individuals, couples and families since 1982.
