These are times of unprecedented change, challenging life as we have known it! If you need assistance coping, I am here to assist you. With over 35 years providing evaluation and counseling to individuals, couples and families, I specialize in trauma recovery, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and assist those going through major life transition. Women ready to change their relationship to alcohol, and those who love them, are welcome to my practice. Trauma recovery and bereavement are a major focus of treatment in my practice. Creating a safe, supportive environment to process issues, a variety of treatment techniques are utilized to reduce symptoms, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems, Jungian therapy, and Hellinger Constellation work. Deeper therapies can shorten treatment time, creating lasting change. As a Certified Evolutionary Astrologer, new insights and understanding can allow an expanded frame of reference. Is it time for you to create a new story about your life?
