I have provided psychotherapy since 1994. My style is warm, safe and straightforward.  Through conversation, visualization, raising awareness of beliefs, feelings, behavior, and bodily sensations clients develop the ability to listen more deeply to themselves, process deeper feelings and beliefs and soothe themselves. This path of healing and growth  leads to a greater ability to meet your own needs. Clearer thinking arises and behaving in ways that are more consistent with who you are now is more possible. Old patterns can then change and greater courage, clarity and flexibility in all areas is developed.  My clients become more consistently authentic, creative and effective in their lives, and create relationships with greater intimacy.  Areas of focus include enhancing self compassion and acceptance, relationships, parenting, and healing trauma, loss, depression, anxiety, and other life-stressors/transitions. It is deeply satisfying to guide clients in healing and transformation. I am available Monday-Thursdays for telehealth sessions until further notice. I am in-network with Regence and Pacific Source.  I do accept most other insurance plans although coverage may be limited.  Please call 503-280-1101 with any questions.
