Since 1994 I have provided counseling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples. My style is safe, warm and straightforward.  Through talk, visualization, raising awareness of beliefs, feelings, behavior, and bodily sensations clients develop the ability to listen more deeply to themselves, process deeper feelings and beliefs and soothe themselves. This is the path of healing and growth which allows for a greater ability to meet your own needs. Clearer thinking arises and behaving in ways that are more consistent with who you are now is more possible. Old patterns can then change and greater courage, clarity and flexibility in all areas is developed.  My clients become more consistently authentic, creative and effective in their lives, and create relationships with greater intimacy.  Areas of focus include relationships, self growth, parenting, self-esteem, trauma, loss, depression, anxiety, and other life-stressors/transitions. It is deeply satisfying to guide clients in healing and transformation. I am available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. I am in-network with Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield and accept most other insurance plans although coverage may be limited.  Please call 503-280-1101 with any questions.
