Credentials and Certifications:
Professional Certified Coach (PCC)

I have worked with children and families for almost 30 years as a counselor, teacher, and coach. I have dedicated my life to helping children and families overcome academic and emotion hazards in order to life life to their potential.
Children diagnosed with ADHD and their families often feel frustrated, angry, and anxious due to the difficulty children with this diagnosis have organizing their time and materials, transitioning out of strong emotional states, and attaining life's goals. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a strengths based approach that focuses on what is right with the child and what their ideal goals are Your child and I will work together to identify behaviors, thoughts, and feelings that are not working for them or their families. and replace them with new, more effective beliefs and strategies.
As an ADHD Coach and Cognitive Behavioral Practitioner and Coach, it is my job to incorporate my knowledge and understandings gained as a counselor, classroom teacher, Cognitive Behavior and ADHD Coach, and parent to help your child reach his or her hidden potential. Your child will become empowered, as he or she feels capable of attaining their goals.
