During this time of crisis, I am offering weekly tele-health support and psychological first-aid by phone and video conference. When I see clients in person at my office, there is a warm, safe space to be heard and start the healing process. From the painful loss of loved ones through death, divorce, illness, foster care, or migratory grief, to the conflicting emotions of care-giving for elder parents, spouses, or unruly toddlers, having a place to talk about those feelings can help. Call my office for a free consultation, and together we’ll work towards navigating those emotional mountains back into perspective. I offer psycho-therapeutic counseling for individuals, couples, families, teens, adults, and geriatric clients. When quarentine orders are lifted, I will resume home visits for those that can't travel, and am also available to run client-specific, psycho-educational support groups at your facility.
