I practice ISTDP ( Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy), an acccelerated form of dynamic therapy. My style is highly engaged and focused on close moment to moment oberservation in session. Together we will determine the nature of your difficutlies and work collaboratively to address their roots.
I have particular interest and expertise in problems related to trauma and abuse, body- mind issues, dissociative disorders, adult survivors, grief and loss and personality or character disorders.
