You're struggling with feeling overwhelmed and on edge. You're having a hard time feeling good about yourself, and you feel like everyone around you is better than you. Maybe you keep on having images and nightmares of past traumatic events. You feel broken, and feel like life has been unfair to you. You've been feeling this way for a while and have no idea how things are going to change so you can feel better. I can help you get back to feeling like your old self and get in touch with the real you. Every week, people struggling with these feelings walk into my office and I'm privileged to help them get out of the muck they are stuck in.

In our work together, I will use techniques from a wide range of approaches to help you learn better ways of coping and change the way you feel. I will be supportive and non-judgmental because I know how hard it can sometimes be to trust someone you don't know and open up about how your really feeling. I will listen deeply to what you share with me.

It can feel like there is no way things can change, but I want you to know that help is available. You can book an appointment or free consultation right now by visting my website, www.TherapyCincinnati.com, or you can call, text, or email me to set up an appointment. I look forward to meeting with you.
