We all have this crticial voice inside of us. It stops you, compares and condemns you. For some the judgment and harsh tones are so strong it drowns out and stifles the essence of your true self and your voice of knowing and self wisdom. But we do have this other self. It goes by different names... intuition, inner wisdom, authentic self. It is what I refer to as the voice of knowing and the voice of inner wisdom. It speaks in a whisper and often goes unheard or disregarded. It speaks of passions, dreams and possibility and knows your value, gifts and abilities. This inner wisdom that exists in you knows why you are here and what you want to create. It offers clarity and yearns to live your truth. But long ago you gave up listening to it out of fear of rejection and pain, a need to be accepted, loved, to belong, to be safe. I understand there was a need to protect yourself but also know you are capable of something more. With guidance, support, compassion and honesty I can help you quiet the harsh inner critic and reclaim the voice of who you really are and what you are meant to become in this life.
