I specialize in enhancing an individual's, or couples, self-awareness, personal, emotional and intellectual functioning.  Additionally, I work with Neurodiverse Couples who encounter difficult relationship dynamics with their partners or spouses.  I collaborate with clients to help them overcome their challenges and facilitate long lasting change by helping individuals adapt thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that will help them develop heathly coping strategies.
