My work is tailored to meet your personal goals for your therapeutic journey. I believe the primary element necessary for personal growth is a safe, encouraging, and supportive relationship between the client and me. I care about each person I meet and work to understand their world and worldview. I combine several areas of expertise including: Mindfulness, Self-compassion, Interpersonal neurobiology, Attachment and relationship, sand tray, art, and my therapy dog, Shaq. I coach parents in creating attachment bonds with their children and I coach people in Mindfulness and Self-Compassion. I offer training to groups in Mindful Self-Compassion.
