Together we will evaluate the options available to you, discuss how to navigate family dynamics, create appropriate plans and strategies, and learn about self-care. Exploring and establishing healthy habits can help one find balance and feel success. I believe there are many parts that make us whole. In session we will examine the different aspects of being human through self-observation, exploring one’s past & present patterns, and self-compassion.

I provide a kind, calm, safe, and understanding environment. My office is in inner Northeast Portland, on Broadway St. I also offer HIPPA compliant video sessions to make my services accessible.
