Currently Accepting New Clients
As an educator and a therapist, I have professional experience working with civilian and military individuals, families and couples.  My practice is designed to help clients identify, recover and transition from distress, barriers, and obstacles. I work very hard to help couples, families, and individuals work through a variety of difficulties, to include grief, emotional trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting concerns, juvenile and adult behavioral issues, and many others.
My approach places client needs in the forefront. Seeking help may seem difficult, but is the first step towards achieving meaningful change. I focus on client needs with compassion, empathy, and optimism. I am available to help clients find solutions to real issues and real problems in a secure and confidential environment.
