Credentials and Certifications:

I am in private practice in Brookline where I work with adults of all ages. I am an active engaged provider and I value creating a safe space where you are able to talk openly, and explore your concerns and issues. As a long time practitioner of Buddhist meditation, I utilize mindfulness to deepen connections with myself and others. I often work with individuals are are interested in meditation or those who already have their own established practice. I welcome patients of all faith traditions.

I often meet with young adults in their 20's and 30's who have gotten stuck in moving forward in some important aspect of their lives. I support you to move towards your goals, whether its pursuing a job change, seeking higher education, increasing self esteem, clarifying identity, improving family relationships and/or establishing a successful intimate relationship. I provide both short term problem-solving therapy as well as long-term psychodynamic therapy.

I am trained as a mindful eating coach and provide coaching as a support to clients utilizing the Eat Right Now mindful eating app.
