Due to Coronavirus I am currently scheduling appointments by teletherapy via HIPPA compliant video or phone.

I have extensive experience counseling children, adolescents and their families. I partner with my clients in counseling to help them recognize and use their strengths to overcome challenges they are facing, whether it be anxiety, depression, peer pressure, school issues, changing family issues, parenting, grief, or trauma. I am a nationally certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy therapist. I have completed training to counsel military families and understand their unique circumstances. I incorporate expressive arts in my counseling, such as play, art, sandtray and narrative. I also use mindfulness based approaches to help my clients become more intune with their emotions and the world around them. Please visit my website at for more information.
