Credentials and Certifications:

Are you feeling stuck in any area of your life? I believe that everyone is on a personal journey in their life to learn something about themselves. Challenging life transitions such as entering into a relationship, raising children, separation/divorce, and loss of a loved one significantly impacts one's self-esteem and ability to function day to day. As a therapist practicing for over 35 years, I have concentrated my efforts on helping children, adolescents, individuals, and parents discover themselves, the purpose behind each challenging event in their lives, and help each client reach his/her maximum potential in order to achieve success, a sense of purpose and a sense of wellbeing.

My expertise is in helping clients of all ages manage and overcome Anxiety, Depression, Interpersonal Relationship struggles, and Parenting Challenges that arise during difficult life-transitions. I coach parents in the use of a highly successful program, "Positive Parenting with a Plan", targeting the elimination of behavioral problems and improving the relationship with their children.

My goal is to engage my clients in actively participating in their therapy so that what they learn about themselves has a long lasting effect in their lives. I support my clients in their personal journey to achieve the results they want!
