Chicago Therapist - MA, LCPC, LMFT, NCC

We all find ourselves "stuck" at times, unable to move forward.  It can be so confusing and overwhelming trying to figure out which way to turn, what decision to make, or even how you really feel.

My clients are individuals and couples who recognize that they are stuck and want to create change but are not sure how to get there.  I help the couples I work with get unstuck by identifying repeating patterns or gridlocked arguments that they are struggling to move past.  I help singles explore relationship and dating patterns that they are wanting to change or make sense out of.  It can be easy to get engulfed in relationships and you may feel as though you've lost your passion for things you used to enjoy or wonder what happened to the "old you".  I have helped singles and those in relationships who feel they have lost their sense of self in their relationships to re-discover who they are.  They then not only become better for themselves but also better partners as a result.  I also help individuals who feel they are at a crossroads in life, questioning decisions they've made, and wanting a different direction but not knowing how to get there.  Anxiety, critical self talk, and depression  sometimes gets in the way of desired change.

If this sounds familiar, I would be happy to help you get unstuck and work with you to create the life and relationships that you desire.
