Chicago Therapist - MA, LCPC, AMFT, NCC

We all find ourselves “stuck” at times, unable to move forward. It is can be so confusing and overwhelming trying to figure out which way to turn, what decision to make, or even how you really feel.

My clients are individuals, couples, and families who recognize that they are stuck and want to create change. I don’t see my clients as having something wrong with them, just that they have found themselves unable to access the means to accomplish their goals. I help my clients acquire the tools to move forward. We work together to determine the solutions and break down the barriers that prevent you from having the life and relationships you want.  You are the expert in your life – I want to help you feel in control and empowered as the expert you are.

When working with a couple, I approach the relationship as the client – not either individual. Instead of taking a side, we focus on what is going to work for your particular relationship. We modify patterns of interaction that have developed over time and are negatively impacting the relationship.

My experience allows me to intervene in a way that is meaningful to you.
