I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)-; and am associated with the Trauma Resource Institute-  Early in our work together, we will develop measurable and achievable goals.  In our sessions, we will focus on moving toward these goals with positive coping skills and new perspectives.
