Thank you for taking the time to view my profile.

Everyone has times in their life when they struggle with managing their emotions, unhealthy relationships, difficult events from the past, grief and loss, self-defeating behaviors, or health concerns.  Maybe you are facing a difficult decision, a turning point in your career, or a life transition.

Difficult situations offer opportunities to increase insight about yourself and others, growth, and healing.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and EMDR Therapist.   Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a researched-based practice for people who desire relief from PTSD symptoms and healing from trauma.  I currently work with adults at all points along the lifespan and respect where you are in your current situation.

I offer a collaborative therapeutic approach for individuals who are seeking help navigating safely through the past and present.    I will work with you to increase your sense of peace, renew hope and restore vitality.  I aid and encourage integration of a healthy mind, body and spirit.
