Do you work harder than anyone you know, yet 'at the end of  the day' do you look for ways to soothe the ragged edges of your disappointments; sensing you are not being true to your real self?   Do you yearn to feel vibrant in your creative endeavors?  If you are confused, conflicted and weary of "one size fits all" solutions to whatever your challenges are,  I offer an opportunity for you to co-create a more personalized plan.  There are many creative ways to evolve 😊

We would collaborate to uncover, address and help you resolve your concerns utilizing a unique blend of experiential, creative arts and talk therapies and customized scheduling.  You would have the option to incorporate  a quarterly workshop in addition to individual psychotherapy.

We would work together to create an approach to identifying "what needs to move" in your life to relieve, revive and empower you to effectively address circumstance(s) that trouble you. Often people find their upbringing was influenced by family styles, for example: member(s) of your family of origin drank alcohol or used drugs/medication, food, sex, money (debt, gambling, withholding), working or outside activities from the home in ways that troubled you.

Family styles leave a powerful imprint and may be impacting your ability to shape your actions towards living the life you want now.  I specialize in also helping you identify and work through any historical family experiences and styles that are in your way today. These can affect relationships in all areas of your life; including vocational, creative and financial aspirations, your physical health and overall well-being.

Deciding to start Psychotherapy is a very difficult decision. Currently my practice is full, when I have openings in my schedule,  I hope we are able to meet and work together so that you can feel the relief that following through on asking for and getting professional help can provide. You can call me for a free phone discussion so you can ask questions and share what seems helpful to you to determine whether you'd like to make an appointment to come in person.  I provide ample time in first in office appointments for further questions and for you to share in depth about your experiences, needs and hopes.
