My practice is dedicated to helping clients build resilience and realize potential. I work best with people ready to grow from where they are into who they can become. Whether you feel out of balance, lost, broken, or looking to express yourself more fully, we can quickly activate growth in the direction you choose. You can expect to access your strengths and activate your will to not simply survive but thrive or even flourish. You can expect to align with your positive energy and build more expansive and creative patterns of thought, emotion, and action.

I have over 30 years of experience working with people therapeutically and toward personal growth. I am proficient in cognitive behavioral techniques. I add "brief" work employing energy psychology methods. I integrate methods for improving positivity and establishing a solid basis for authentic happiness.

As an alternative to face-to-face sessions, I provide services by phone or using video conferencing. Please note that insurance may not cover these alternatives. In some cases state laws prevent it.
