Social Worker, Licensed Clinical (LCSW)

I am an experienced therapist dedicated to working with adults, adolescents, and families across a wide range of family and mental health concerns, toward better mental health and a stronger family life. I believe I have a sensitive, very respectful approach, without jargon. Special focuses include anxiety, depression, family and parenting issues, trauma (physical, emotional and sexual), loss, and urgent family and work matters.  An additional specialty is consultation and therapy with the elderly, for caregivers of the elderly, and for those in caregiver roles for any age. Can refer to a psychiatric nurse practitioner or psychiatrist for medication evaluation and prescribing and/or consultation, when needed. Am also honored to provide trauma informed care to military members and their families.
