Anchorpoint Counseling Ministry is a nonprofit mental health and education center that provides counseling and support services to community members and families of all ages (5 and older), faiths, and backgrounds. Anchorpoint has a special focus on serving youth, parents, and families as well as uninsured, underinsured, and under-resourced populations. Anchorpoint's licensed and experienced counselors offer in-person and telehealth counseling visits and use evidence-based therapeutic techniques to meet the needs of individuals, couples, and families. The Child and Parent Place at Anchorpoint (C.A.P.P.) specializes in treating childhood anxiety and depression through play therapy and other services while providing counseling and education to parents of children and teens. Anchorpoint is located in Ross Township, PA and has served Allegheny County, Butler County, and the Northern Greater Pittsburgh region since 1966.
