Do you need to make changes in your life but don't know where to begin?  Do you struggle with low self-esteem, relationship problems, or debilitating thoughts?  Have you lost hope that your life will ever improve?  I can help you to break out of unhealthy patterns. Together, we will explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors that may be preventing you from making the changes you want to see in your life. You will learn valuable, practical skills to use at work, with your partner and with children. I am a Clinical Licensed Social Worker committed to helping people improve their lives and enjoy relationships that are more satisfying.  I highly value each person I work with.  My approach is nonjudgmental, sensitive, understanding and supportive.  I move beyond the presenting problems and address the underlying core conflicts. I do conflict resolution, meditation for intense relationship disputes and teach people alternate methods to cope with stressors.  I have 28 years of experience and I love what I do.
