Do you need to make changes in your life but don't know where to begin?  Do you struggle with low self-esteem, relationship problems, or debilitating thoughts?  Have you lost hope that your life will ever improve?  I can help you to break out of unhealthy patterns. You will learn valuable, practical skills to use at work, with your partner and with children. I am a Clinical Licensed Social Worker committed to helping people improve their lives and enjoy relationships that are more satisfying.  I highly value each person I work with.  My approach is nonjudgmental, sensitive, understanding and supportive.  I move beyond the presenting problems and address the underlying core conflicts.
