Coronavirus is changing how we can do therapy. Online therapy is proving to be very effective and helpful. For those who are not sure about online therapy, please call me and we can set up a no charge test run to make sure we have no connection problems and we can communicate comfortably. If you are not happy with online therapy, there will be no charge.
You are the focus. Your goals, your dreams, the results you want and expect from therapy will be the first topic.
I will provide a warm, open, nonjudgmental environment. I will be clear with my feedback. I know life is difficult at times and I will offer my experiences and training to guide the therapy.
So many of our problems are related to difficult aspects of our histories or the lack of love in our current lives. To resolve these issues, I specialize in the resolution of trauma using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Somatic Therapies. I am also well trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and in relationship therapy using Emotionally Focused Therapy(EFCT).
I am well connected to helpful resources in the community including support groups,
religious groups, physicians, psychiatrists, and other healing practitioners.
If my services are not sufficient to resolve the concern, I will provide appropriate referrals.
