I have been in practice 40 years, focusing on mental health problems. I specialize in helping people identify, assess, and take appropriate action to reduce the stress in their lives and improve their relationships. I teach how to recognize and act on feelings appropriately in order to maintain personal boundaries, maintain a low stress level, and focus more on the opportunities life has to offer.
