I have recently moved to Arizona and am in the process of transferring my LCSW to practice there in addition to California. I am happy to make referrals to my colleagues in California while I am otherwise engaged. I can provide therapy to you if you are in California and able to work over a secure internet platform.

Seeking help from a licensed mental health practitioner can be a difficult decision. I honor your courage in taking the first big step.

I provide client centered treatment of depression, anxiety and emotional pain with special focus on navigating life transitions, identity quandaries, and family entanglements.

My practice is culturally diverse with an East Coast vibe. Clients include older adults, young professionals, military veterans, members of the African American community, LGBTQ+ and those experiencing religious conundrums.

Please call (415) 606-5595 for a free brief initial phone consultation to see if we might be a good fit.
