I have provided services to individuals with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder and eating disorder nos for over 26 years. I also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy for persons with medical conditions that might be influenced by their diet such as weight management issues, Type 2 diabetes or IBS.  I assist people who are trying to create a generally healthy diet for themselves or make a dietary transition such as becoming vegetarian. I belive that each person seeking guidance has a nutriton solution that is unique to them. I respect this uniqueness and tailor the nutrition plan to suit each individual's needs and preferences.
