Life can be tough and especially now we are faced with so much uncertainty, chaos and loss. I'm a Board Certified Therapist with 25+ years experience and together we can explore in order to find new insight, self worth and healthier paths.

Gender: Female

Languages Spoken:
English

Through individual, group therapy and psychological education programs, I've worked with all ages and specialties including loss & grief, anxiety, stress management, healthy relationships, teen dating, life transitions, parenting, depression. I love, when applicable, incorporating expressive arts which can open up new perspectives but you do not have to be well versed in art. I've worked in areas including in-patient hospitals, workshops, schools, crisis teams and private practice. Call me for a free consult and let's figure out if we are a good match. 513.940.7175 ext 1102.
