Credentials and Certifications:
Social Work Supervisor
Trauma Treatment, Postgraduate Certificate

Therapy can help you to heal your past,  so you can live in the present and plan for your future. The focus of therapy is to build new skills.  One might need to be able to tolerate feelings or one might want to express themselves better.  A child may need to be able to manage school or friendships.  One may have had an adverse experience in childhood.

With both adults and children, I use creative modalities such as Drama, Art, Playtherapy Sandtray,  Puppets, Music, and Movement steeped in the  Bio Psycho Social Theory of Human Behavior.
